ZMNH

Illuminating the activities of a world-class neuroscience center

Established in 1987 as the first center for basic research in molecular neurobiology in Germany, the Center for Molecular Neurobiology Hamburg (ZMNH) has today seven institutes, united by a joint mission of brain research. From brain development to synapses, circuits and behavior, and from neuroinflammation to neurodegeneration and single-cell studies of the brain, the ZMNH is at the forefront of international brain research.

We created a brochure that provides a clear overview of the latest science and the people that make it happen.
